(Beritadaerah – Tidore Kepulauan) Tampak seorang ibu memasak nasi jaha atau lemang dengan menggunakan bara api di Kelurahan Rum, Kecamatan Tidore Utara, Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Maluku Utara, Minggu (9\/7). Nasi jaha atau lemang merupakan makanan tradisional khas Tidore yang berisi nasi ketan dengan bumbu santan untuk disantap bersama ataupun dibawa pulang. Nasi jaha dijual Rp50.000.000 per batang merupakan salah satu kuliner yang disajikan masyarakat setempat pada perayaan hari besar seperti Idulfitri dan Tahun Baru.<\/p>\n
