(Beritadaerah – Nasional) Dukung warga Lumajang yang menjadi korban meninggal erupsi Gunung Semeru, Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia (Apkasi) menyerahkan bantuan berupa uang tunai total senilai Rp. 200 juta. Santunan sebesar Rp.150 juta diberikan kepada 34 ahli waris warga Lumajang yang menjadi korban meninggal erupsi Gunung Semeru. Rp.50 juta untuk renovasi tempat ibadah.
Bantuan diserahkan oleh Ketua Umum Apkasi Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan kepada para ahli waris disaksikan Bupati Lumajang Thoriqul Haq serta beberapa Pengurus Apkasi lainnya di Posko Pengungsian SMPN 1 Candipuro, Lumajang, Senin (13/12/2021).
Sutan Riska dalam sambutannya menyampaikan turut berduka yang mendalam atas musibah yang dialami masyarakat Lumajang dan sekitarnya.
“Khususnya kepada korban meninggal semoga bantuan Apkasi ini bisa sedikit meringankan. Ini juga bukti bahwa kita tidak sendirian. Mungkin bantuan ini tidak seberapa dibandingkan dengan musibah yang dialami, tapi semangat gotong royong dan kepedulian dengan sesama ini yang kita kedepankan. Bayangkan kalau kita satu bangsa ini selalu hadir dan bergandeng tangan untuk saling membantu, Insya Allah kita bisa melewati tiap ujian dan cobaan ini,” ujar Sutan Riska.
Sebelumnya, Sutan Riska bersama-sama ratusan Bundo Kanduang (kaum ibu) Dharmasraya telah melakukan aksi sosial bertajuk ‘Dharmasraya Marandang Peduli Lumajang” dengan memasak rendang sebanyak 1 (satu) ton rendang untuk dikirmkan kepada para korban erupsi Gunung Semeru, Rabu 8 Desember 2021.
Masakan Rendang sebanyak 1 ton ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan pangan bagi para pengungsi di Lumajang yang terpaksa harus meninggalkan rumah.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Bupati Serang, Bupati Jember, Bupati Gresik, Bupati Ngawi dan dari para KOPRI Kabupaten Blitar, juga memberikan bantuan bagi warga yang terdampak erupsi Semeru,” katanya.
