(Beritadaerah-Nasional) Pemerintah telah meluncurkan peta jalan Making Indonesia 4.0 sebagai arah dan strategi Indonesia dalam merevitalisasi sektor industri manufaktur, sekaligus mewujudkan visi besarnya menjadi bagian dari 10 negara yang memiliki perekonoman terkuat di dunia pada tahun 2030. Penerapan industri 4.0 ini untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional dan memacu daya saing di kancah global.
“Sebagai wujud nyata mewujudkan penerapan Making Indonesia 4.0, Kementerian Perindustrian menginisiasi pembangunan Pusat Industri Digital Indonesia 4.0 (PIDI 4.0),” kata Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita di Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (30/11/2021).
Menperin menjelaskan, PIDI 4.0 merupakan solusi satu atap dalam percepatan transformasi industri 4.0 di Indonesia dan menjadi jendela Indonesia 4.0 untuk dunia. Saat ini, PIDI 4.0 dikelola oleh Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Industri (BPSDMI) Kemenperin.
Berlokasi di Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan, Gedung PIDI 4.0 berdiri di atas lahan seluas 12.957 m2 dengan luas bangunan 17.600 m2. “Gedung PIDI 4.0 dirancang menerapkan konsep smart building sehingga pengelolaan gedung lebih efisien dan terkontrol terutama dalam segi keamanan, penggunaan energi, dan pemanfaatan fasilitas,” tutur Agus.
Merujuk pada konsepnya, PIDI 4.0 memiliki lima pilar atau layanan utama. Pertama, sebagai Showcase Center. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat atau pelaku industri tentang pentingnya industri 4.0 dan menyajikan pengalaman nyata di sektor manufaktur dalam penerapan digitalisasi pada lini produksinya.
Kedua, menjadi Capability Center, yakni pusat pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keahlian kepada para tenaga kerja industri dan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) terkait implementasi industri 4.0. Ketiga, sebagai Ecosystem for Industry 4.0 atau tempat kolaborasi pengembangan implementasi industri 4.0. Keempat, Delivery Center, tempat pendampingan industri dalam bertransformasi menuju industri 4.0. Kelima, Engineering and AI Center yang membantu permasalahan industri dengan teknologi rekayasa dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence).
“Kelima pilar atau layanan tersebut saling terkait dan sangat mendukung keberhasilan pengadopsian industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Soft launching PIDI 4.0 akan diresmikan oleh Bapak Menko Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto dan Bapak Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, dengan dihadiri perwakilan dari kementerian dan lembaga terkait, serta pegiat industri dan startup,” kata Kepala BPSDMI Kemenperin, Arus Gunawan. Rencananya, peluncuran PIDI 4.0 dilakukan pada Jumat (03/12/2021).
Dalam rangkaian kegiatan soft launching PIDI 4.0, bakal digelar Start-Up for Industry Award yang merupakan pemberian penghargaan kepada lima startup terbaik di Indonesia. “Diharapkan dengan adanya Start-Up for Industry Award ini dapat memotivasi pelaku startup untuk memunculkan solusi-solusi terbaiknya dalam hal teknologi dan mengembangkan inclusive economy,” imbuhnya.
Menurut Arus, acara soft launching PIDI 4.0 nanti, juga menjadi salah satu tujuan visitasi Sherpa G20 yang akan dilaksanakan pada 8 Desember 2021. Hal ini selaras dengan tema Presidensi G20 Indonesia, yaitu “recover together, recover stronger”.
“Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Indonesia berupaya menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mempercepat implementasi industri 4.0. Tiga fokus utama yang akan ditampilkan dalam visitasi Sherpa G20 adalah digitalisasi industri, green industry, dan inclusive economy,” ujar Arus.
Lebih lanjut, acara soft launching PIDI 4.0 juga merupakan bagian dari rangkaian acara Industrial Vocational Week yang diselenggarakan oleh BPSDMI Kemenperin bersama Kementerian Koordinator Perekonomian, GIZ Jerman dan Kadin Indonesia, yang akan berlangsung pada 1-7 Desember 2021.
Beberapa kegiatan yang digelar pada Industrial Vocational Week, selain soft launching PIDI 4.0 dan Visitasi Sherpa G20, di antaranya Showcase Virtual Marketplace Vokasi Industri, Acara Perdana Trilateral antara Indonesia, Jerman, dan Tanzania, serta Penandatanganan MoU antara BPSDMI dengan AOTS Jepang. “Kami berharap, melalui soft launching PIDI 4.0 dan visitasi Sherpa G20, menjadi langkah awal dalam perjalanan mewujudkan cita-cita Making Indonesia 4.0 dan sustainable development goals,” tegas Arus.
